I enjoyed bar Tgi Friday's, it was located 800 feet from the hotel. Amazing base for discovering Niagara Falls. No complaints whatsoever, I do recommend this place to all.
The price that went out in boking was 52 euros and after paying parking for a night charged me 127 euros ... something different to what was agreed
You had to take two elevators to get to the room, the hotel breakfast very expensive
The views of the falls are exceptional.
The facilities are old for the price you pay.
The view is beautiful
I didn't have a bathtub and the room is kind of old
Striking view of the Falls hands down.
In a close distance to the Fallsview Casino.
Good location, and John C, munro Hamilton International Airport located not that far away.
The view is wonderful and the staff is exceptional.
I feel the towers rates are out of bounds.
The view from the 01 rooms is fantastic. 02 and 08 would also be very good.
The staff was extremely sweet and helpful. Very nice. Accommodating. We ate at the restaurant which had great food and a wonderful view of the falls and fireworks. They have a great cafe for coffee and breakfast to bring back to the room in the morning. The room view is absolutely amazing, and as a baby boomer, it was great fun to stay in a hotel that was a tower when I was young.
View over the falls from your room
Staff was very friendly and helpful. (I did not tell them what I thought of the room, because there was nothing they could have done about any of it. See below.) The room was quiet and had a fabulous view. The restaurant on the 26th floor was very nice. Good food, service, view, and prices.
The room was terrible. Some examples....A/C Never cooled the room below 75. Plus, a/c and heat vents are behind the drapes. So you can't close them if you want cooling or heating to be effective. If you leave drapes open the room is bright at night and people in the adjoining hotel can look into your room. But its great if you're a voyeur or an exhibitionist!! Bathroom, including the toilet area, has clear glass walls facing the room so, again, its a great room for voyeurs and exhibitionists! No towel racks in bathroom. Absolutely no place to put soap in shower except on the floor. Tiny little closet with a very short rod that sticks straight out toward the room and is almost impossible to use for more than one item. No iron or coffee pot in room. No information in the room about nearby restaurants/attractions. Ice machine was in the lobby, 29 flights away. Nothing whatsoever to set a suitcase on except the floor or bed. Door latch was misaligned and didn't work. No reading lights for bed, just overhead spotlights. Soft bed, we both got back aches. My wife almost got a concussion from the permanently mounted cabinet that she hit her head on when sitting up, because it overhangs the bed. In general the room seemed to have been designed by someone who never stayed in a hotel in his life!!!! Or maybe an art student. Its a very modern-looking room, but totally impractical.
Excelent Niagara Falls' view
Its most unique interior design and style.
